We worked with Piattello Italian Kitchen to unveil their new location in Texas. Garnering local and national press hits including Best New Restaurant from Texas Monthly and a cooking segment on the Hallmark Home and Family Morning Show. We reached a potential audience of 7 million. Additionally, we developed a complete brand package including logo, menu, photography and video assets. We also managed and grew social media channels. During our time, we assisted other brands within the From Scratch Hospitality portfolio, including Clay Pigeon and Provender Hall.
